4. Next Pencil Code User Meeting (2027): Bonn, Braunschweig, Pune?
   Yasuhito would be available also later, but he wishes to be informed
     a year before, for a meeting in 2028 or later.
   The Bonn proposal was chosen with 4 votes in favor, 1 abstained
   Jenny accepted the task.

   Axel+Matthias: to put a call for proposals for 2028 into newsletter.

   Discussion about the 2027 meeting in Bonn:
   a) Jenny has funding, and has a big group in 2027
      have lots of help from her group.
   b) A school possible for 2027. It would be on
      "Numerical astrophysical MHD turbulence"
       and would include convection, etc, but not space plasmas.
       There would be exercises with PC setups and also Quokka for
       each day. Could perhaps be co-hosted with MP Grad School in Bonn.
       Rooms: 80 people + 3 seminar rooms, could use all of them.
   c) Dates: not April or when there are lectures,
      Need 2 weeks: end Sept, before 8 Oct (perhaps already starting 2 Aug)
     Jenny to send a doodle with options between 2 Aug - 8 Oct.
   d) Decide and announce by mid December.
   e) Jenny: to make webpage locally available in Bonn.
      The page will exist also in the years after the meeting.
   f) Following the questionnaire: online talks only in exceptional cases.

5. Moving PCSC pages to github
     to put the current PCSC pages to the website repository
     to preserve links (for content that is still deemed relevant)
     to copy current page: keep old one, but edit new page.
     proposals for better arrangement welcome
     To do the transfer later today after first draft of minutes.

6. Document on the server
     Philippe has started a document about the repository.
     To test it on a freshly installed server.
     The question was asked whether there are issues with the current server.
     a) have limited number of currently 25 of git users in the last 12 months.
     b) This is a limitation of the translation software.
     c) It would cost 600 Euros for 50 users.
     d) Staying below current limit of 25 to use as argument in favor of svn.
     e) Philippe will add a field that shows the approver.

7. Travis autotest
     There is a problem with Makefile which does a touch after each auto-test.
     Problem still to be understood and to be solved.
     Usefulness of Travis? Only Travis would check every single version.
     Even 2 consecutive checks can run in parallel.
     Travis is located in directory .travis.
